As you know, Irecently started the personal journey of becoming a healthier person. I can be honest and tell you thatthis has been one of the hardest and trying things I've ever set out to do. Let me also tell you that of all the decisions I've made, this has been the best one ever made, hence my decision to share my newly found fitness knowledge. So thatyou're clear, it's not about forcing or giving you something, or even getting something from you. This is my way of paying my blessings forward.
