The day after the New York Yankees took a 3-1 lead over the Phillies in the World Series, The Philadelphia Inquirer ran a full page ad for Macy's in Monday's edition congratulating the Phillies for being "Back-To-Back World Champions." It also invited fans to come in for official team merchandise from the champs.
But hey -- one need only read the fine print for the disclaimer at the bottom: "Advertised items may not be at your local Macy's."
